Register online using your VISA or MASTERCARD, or receive an invoice by choosing “Mail in Cheque”. Receipts/invoices will be issued by the system via email so please be sure to enter your correct email address on the registration form. Please also print and keep your email receipt.
PAYING BY CHEQUE: Via the on-line registration system, select the “Mail in Cheque” payment method.

Invoices are payable upon receipt and must be made by at least two weeks prior to the conference.
Cancellation
Delegates cancelling prior to January 4, 2021 receive a full refund less a $75.00 administration fee. Written notification by email or postmarked by January 4, 2021 will be accepted. Delegates cancelling after this date forfeit 100% of the registration fee, although substitutions can be made at any time. Refunds will be forwarded after the Conference.
