Our conference hotel is the Sheraton Centre Toronto Hotel located at 123 Queen Street West in the heart of downtown Toronto, Ontario. Connected to the Toronto Eaton Centre shopping complex, this downtown Toronto hotel is within walking distance of the theater, financial, and shopping districts. The hotel is less than 2 km from Union Station with Queen Street and Dundas Street Subway Stations in close proximity.
Valet Parking is offered at a rate of $50.00 (+ HST) per night and $55.00 (+ HST) per night for oversized vehicles, subject to change, with unlimited in and out privileges. Availability is limited to 200 spots and are distributed first come, first served with a maximum of 20 oversized vehicles. There are several pay-lots within close proximity of the Hotel that offer parking options from the half hour – overnight. “Green P” is the closest public parking to the Hotel and is located across the street at a maximum rate of $18.00 (+ HST).

Scam Alert: EDCO has become aware of a scam whereby companies alleging to be third party convention housing services contact potential conference delegates claiming to offer lower room rates than negotiated with the host hotel. Payment for the full stay is requested in advance by credit card and a confirmation number is provided. However, upon arrival, delegates discover that no reservation exists.
